We are pleased to announce that you now have a new way to access and
manage your account with us on-line. By clicking the link
below you will be taken to our new customer care site called
"MyCarePortal". This
new site will allow you to make payments via credit cards or
checking account, change basic account information such as phone
numbers and separate billing addresses, and view current and
previous statements. You can also choose to not receive a
paper statement and receive a notice via your email when your
payment is due. You can also set up recurring payment options
that will automatically make the payment from the method you decide
without you having to call us or mail your payment. When you
set up a recurring payment plan, you will receive an email 5 days
prior to the payment being pulled. Confirmation will be sent
when your payment is accepted or you will receive notice if your
payment was not processed. Please read tips at the right for
helpful hints for utilizing this new feature, then click on the link
below to be directed away from our site to the secure site where you
can set up your new "MyCarePortal"

REGISTRATION: To utilize this feature, you will need to
register on-line the first time. Your first access will
require the account number on your statement. It's the 16
digit number that starts with 8218. Once your account is
found, login and password criteria are listed on the registration
page for you to create your own IDs.
RECURRING PAYMENTS: If you wish to set
up a recurring payment you must first make a "one time"
payment so that your payment information is added to your account.
You may then set up the payment plan to take effect the following
